is a female-run art show, exploring emotions pertinent to the feminine experience. my installation explores a indecivenes - its roots, triggers, and manifestations.


i have nothing to wear

the first decision i face - one that subconsiously will influence all subsequent decisions i make that day and those others will make in my presence 

shadow projection, email and alarm clock screen recordings.

a juxtaposion of mental overactivity and bodily paralyzation 

vintage nightgown, oil paint, thread, silk fabric, wax, concrete.







exposed 

teared + collaged momentos. the lamp illuminates vulnerable journal entries and the triptych is comprised of sun prints on expired photo paper. the thoughts on the paper and sun-yielded images are both unhibited and uncontrollable. collaging all of the inherently imperect visual constituents was the only practice that felt 100% in my control.
