naaliyah’s first launch sold commissioned mesh tops, each of which has its own unique pattern inspired by a personality quiz the customer submits. with the results of the quiz, fashion designer nicole andrews and floral designer hannah tacher gather flowers that best represent the individual customer and architect a unique pattern to be placed on their top. they take into account factors such as shape, movement, density, and color. inspired by synesthesia, color theory, astrology, and psychology, nicole and hannah combine their artistic intuition to take the customer’s input and deliver a visual surprise that makes them feel seen, understood, and celebrated.
since starting the brand, nicole is involved in every step of the process - from logo/branding design, fashion design, cut & sewing, to managing the brand’s social media presence and business operations. all three drops of the infloressence mesh tops sold out within just a few days of launch, opening doors to be featured in several new projects, such as being sold in dani klaric’s peach revival storefront located in miami, fl, and small green door’s artist spotlight series.
